The Unclean Beast skills are EXACTLY what I wanted.

Same with the Vampire Lords (bad name.. What happened to the Oak? I guess The Oak isn't that much better though.) A General with friendly aura's and unfriendly debuff auras, and the turning the undead.. That's just too awesome! Exactly another kind of demigod that I wanted!
I hope they buff friendly demigods too.

And omg! Items for your demigod that will buff all your troops! Another thing i wanted. *sheds more tears* I wonder though if it's just the troops you bought, all nearby creeps, or everything around you including other demigods? =]
God.. this game just keeps sounding better and better.

They didn't scrap The Oak.. they just apparently renamed it the "Vampire Lord" like I said in my post.

I hope they rename it something better. "Vampire Lord" is silly. ;o

Yeah 8 Demigods isn't bad. Hopefully we'll get another 1-4 more by the time the game actually ships.

Well "The Oak" is a bit of a silly name for an undead raising guy with a big axe and shield..

Maybe there are two Demigods that can do necromancy, just they do it differently. It's possible...

Where are you guys getting that they scrapped the Oak name. Wasn't he a giant walking tree? Vampire Lord sounds nothing like that.

He was a guy in armor, I think.

Errr yeah the Oak was in this preview somewhere in a magazine, and he was depicted as having a scythe-like weapon and a shield. Very golem-like, like an animated suit of armor as they wrote.

I liked the name, that's all. But if they have another guy with the name, I'll be just as happy playing that
